What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Mexico. We are working on expanding our logistics to include more international destinations in the near future.
Are the colors on the website accurate to the physical product?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting, slight color differences may occur.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be changed.
